The DistrxPos app is the back office on a phone or tablet. Staff sign in with the same account and the same role, and it talks to the same system — so a cart held at the counter can be finished on a phone, and the other way round.

A real till, not a companion
The app runs the same sale as the till in the browser, against the same system. Every total on screen is worked out by the server, so the phone and the counter can never disagree.

Is there a mobile app?
Yes. The DistrxPos app for iPhone, iPad and Android has the full till — the camera scans barcodes — plus sales, products and stock, customers and reports. Staff sign in with the same account and the same role as in the back office.
How do I get the app?
Email us and we will send the app for your team’s phones and tablets, and help you set the first one up as a till.
Do I need a separate login?
No. The app uses the same accounts and roles as the back office, so a cashier sees a cashier’s screens and a manager sees a manager’s. Counting stock and changing prices are for admins; moving orders along and approving returns are for managers too.
Can the phone and the counter be used at the same time?
Yes. Each device is its own till. A cart held on one can be picked up on another, and stock is checked on every sale so two tills cannot sell the same last unit.
Does the app sell without a connection?
Not yet. The app tells you when the signal is weak or gone and needs a connection to sell. Selling offline is done from the till in the browser.
